There are several models (Auden, Brooke, Coleridge, Dunbar, Emerson) most of which are single level living however there are some models with a loft or a basement. Examples of each model can be seen in our video, produced circa 2010. Many of the community's amenities mentioned above are also showcased in the video and in the photos below.
Springmill Community Association provides landscaping, snow removal, maintenance of common property, limited maintenance of the exterior of individual homes, and serves as our voice with government authorities. The Association is run by a five member Board of Directors which includes a President and other officers. The Board is assisted in performing its duties by seven Committees each of which take responsibility for some aspect of Springmill community life. In addition to the Committees there are several activity clubs and groups.
Springmill is located in Middletown, Delaware just off of Route 301, Summit Bridge Road, about a mile north of center city Middletown and about 20 miles south of Route 95.
Springmill is a restricted deed community and is governed by the Board of Directors operating under the guidelines of the Springmill Community Bylaws. The Bylaws state the restrictions on the homeowner and the obligations of the Association. These Bylaws are provided to the homeowner at closing.
